SHARON ODONGO

Sharon is a visionary, determined, passionate youth leader with excellent persuasive abilities. She is committed to impactful and progressive development agenda with women empowerment at the core of her interest. She is currently a committee member representing persons with disabilities at NG-CDF RONGO constituency. Sharon is also an assistant Secretary at the Migori County Disability Development Forum. She served as a student representative- for persons with disabilities at Rongo University. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education arts majoring in English & Literature. She is enthusiastic and pays attention to detail on matters of public interest. Sharon have been engaged with several empowerment responsibilities among which include reproductive health rights, menstrual hygiene management and ending sexual gender-based violence engagements in the society, to promote capacity building for self enhancement through disability incorporation at all levels spearheaded by Tunaweza empowerment Organization. She has actively participated in creation of awareness to people living. Nurturing of talents which are very essential with her role as the PWD Officer at Tunaweza Empowerment Organization in addition she has verse experience on computer literacy skills.
