She is a value-based transformational women leader with much interest in girl child empowerment programs that focuses in schoolthe s and at community level. Nancy is a devolution and Climate Change Adaptation expert and founder of Migori mentors; a leading mentorship community-based organization with its headquarters in Migori County, Kenya. Driven by professionalism, passion, and a team of over 13 mentors, Migori Mentors are unmatched in terms of service delivery. She has previously served at Milio International DMCC in Dubai as Human resources & Administrative Assistant, Flip Media FZ LLC – A Leo Burnett Company as human resource Assistant/Front Office Executive, Fichte & Co Legal Consultancy as administration Manager/Receptionist, and Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai as Front Office team leader. Currently, she was appointed as the vice chairperson to the advisory board members of Tunaweza Empowerment, she also serves as the director of rural outreach at Big Dream Vision, Finance and Administration officer at One Vision Kenya Youth Society, and project officer under Devolution and Climate Change Adaptation Programme. – (DaCCA Program) in charge of advocacy and communication working group.
