Jared Okello Ounda is based in Kisumu, Kenya, and is the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Fellowship Ministries (CFM), Kisumu branch, and the chairman of Fadhili Dada ORGANIZATION (FDO); a is a humanitarian arm of CFM Kisumu, with a vision to achieve strong advocacy for social protection and economic empowerment for adolescents and young women. Jared is also a lecturer at Hands-on Africa theological seminary, where he educates and empowers rural pastors to attain skills in public administration and leadership.
He is an ABLI and an Acumen Fellow. Jared holds a bachelor’s degree in theology and is also a master’s graduate in Christian Apologetics from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Recently he has been appointed to the board of the Tunaweza Empowerment Organization. Jared is optimistic to become a resource for TEO; a new partner with whom to practice a shared responsibility in the course of standing for justice to the voiceless, by giving but also by continuously learning.
